**Key Responsibilities**
- Budget analysis, planning and forecasting
- Prepare, edit, review and track invoices
- Manage multiple invoices simultaneously and meet expected timelines
- Review and analyze program costs and obligations
- Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy
- Develop and implement improved methods to simplify and streamline the invoicing process
- Generate and update financial and budget forecast reports, and other documentation
- Perform other financial and administrative support functions as requested

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in a related field
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
- Strong problem solving, documentation and data analysis skills
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and manage multiple priorities
- Strong oral and written communication with excellent customer service skills
- Well-organized with the ability to work with a team or independently under mínimal supervision
