**Schedule: 9:30A-6P Monday - Friday (8:00A - 12:00P 1 Saturday a Month)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Effectively assists the Supervisor in leading a team to meet productivity goals and expectations in the outbound department.

**Essential Functions**:

- Ability to answer employee questions regarding given functions
- Have a thorough working knowledge of product and warehouse related duties
- Understand and follow all company policies

- Ability to train employees in all functions responsible for

**Knowledge, Skills, Duties and Abilities**:

- Assist the leadership team in promoting outbound productivity, and ensuring proper time management with the team
- Tracking and verifying product mispicks and zeros as they occur
- Assists and ensure all end of day and closing procedures are followed; this may include but is not limited to: walk throughs, housekeeping, and closing out orders
- Understanding the specific function they’re responsible for, including but not limited to; specials picking/packing, stock order picking/packing, and or outbound area as defined
- Validating accuracy of appropriate products that are picked and or packed
- Assists with outbound reporting and administrative duties
- Collaborate with Management to post daily goals and projects
- Able to perform tasks accurately
- Must be detail-oriented
- Able to stay organized, on task, work well independently and as a team
- Self-motivated and customer service driven attitude
- Able to use scanners in conjunction with the WMS system
- Check and restock merchandise; inventory, inspect for damage, and verify counts
- Meet and maintain accuracy and production goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work effectively within a diverse population and workforce both individually and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to changes as they occur
- Completion of any documentation required or assigned by management
- Comply with federal, state, local, OSHA, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Perform other duties and/or work in other departments of work location as assigned

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug test
- Wear appropriate footwear protection and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as directed by Company policy
- Acknowledgement of and adherence to all Company policies and procedures as contained within the Fisher Auto Parts Employee and Driver’s Handbooks

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT**:

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, reach, lift, carry, bend, kneel, squat, and stoop
- Also required to climb, push/pull, balance, crouch or crawl, talk, speak, and hear
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- May be occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts and/or vehicles, high/precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, various degrees of cold and heat, risk of electrical shock, items of bulky or varying weight, risk of explosion, and/or vibration. Noise level may be moderate to heavy

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
