The Procurement & Logistics Coordinator will be located in Crosby, TX, and will report to the Supply Chain Director. This position will be a hybrid supply chain role, focused primarily on procurement tasks but with a daily component of site inventory & logistics tasks, and a responsibility to fully understand these tasks in order to provide backfill and redundancy of these tasks. The Procurement & Logistics Coordinator will support plant objectives set by site management, and will support site HSE programs.

**Job responsibilities**
- Assist Accounts Payable to identify the related purchasing document, for any incoming invoice
- Monitor requisitions for Crosby (CRO): ensure approval received timely
- Create purchase order (PO) for any approved requisition at CRO
- Monitor receipts, follow up on any outstanding receipts to ensure timely close of PO line items
- Set up new vendors, and work with accounting to provide standard credit references and share typically requested information in an efficient and consistent manner
- Create purchasing master data, with the goal of minimizing non-inventory procurement
- Work with maintenance to link purchasing to work orders (WO), for maximum traceability
- Monitor any purchasing non-conformances and helps to steward purchasing key performance indicators (KPI); provide local updates to Crosby Plant Manager
- Support Site Supply Chain personnel to:

- Perform accurate and time-sensitive ERP system transactions to accept raw materials, create and receipt manufacturing batches, and process shipments
- Align manufacturing, inbound, and outbound schedules for product flow through plant
- Perform transactions in customer ERP system(s), and attend customer coordination meetings; deliver all new order information to Customer Care so that correct orders, ship dates, and original / agreed-upon ship dates are reflected
- Maintain physical inventory and monitor ERP inventories to minimize discrepancies and account for all swap transactions for customer and ALTIVIA EO, PO, BO inventories
- Attention to detail, thoroughness, and organization
- Ability to think critically and manage in detail, to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner

- Excel proficiency and general arithmetic / numeracy
- Proactive and thorough communication, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, with good interpersonal skills

**Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements**:

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related field preferred
- Previous experience with purchasing and/or ERP systems preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
