**RESTORATION WORK SPECIALIST - SAN DIEGO COAST DISTRICT / FACILITIES AND DEVELOPMENT - DISTRICTWIDE SERVICES / OLD TOWN STATE HISTORIC PARK**

The reporting location for this position is Old Town State Historic Park in San Diego, CA. This position will work under the direction of Park Maintenance Chief III.
- The incumbent’s work schedule will be Monday to Thursday from 06:00 AM to 04:30 PM.
- The Restoration Work Specialist performs a variety of skilled carpentry, masonry, and other tasks in connection with restoration, preservation, and stabilization of historic buildings and sites. Assists in identifying the cost estimation of restoration and maintenance projects including contract preparation and keeps accurate records and documentation of all work. Protect and preserve the historic, cultural and natural resources throughout the district; consult with other trades personnel in the most current practices and methods; comply with State, Federal, and District policies and protocols.
This position is designated as not telework eligible.
