Top Soap Express Car Wash is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Express Car Wash Attendants at our BRAND NEW Missouri City location. As an attendant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our facility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with selecting the appropriate car wash package.
- Guide customers onto the car wash conveyor and ensure their vehicles are properly positioned.
- Inspect vehicles for any pre-existing damage and inform customers of any concerns.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and accurately process payments.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on car wash equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Keep the car wash bay and surrounding areas clean and free of debris.
- Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and deliver excellent customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or car wash environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Commitment to maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional customer service at all times.
