**Restoration Laborer**
- Respond to all project needs requested by project lead.
- Understand and execute work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform remediation using the proper PPE
- Perform water extraction and pack-out of contents
- Remove and dispose of any non-salvageable materials
- Perform light construction demo
- Set up air movers and/or dehumidifiers
- Perform lifting of debris of 20 -30 Lbs. throughout the day if necessary
- Support Team Members by performing other duties outside of description within reason.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have the ability to communicate with others in written and verbal form
- Must be familiar with Vacuuming & Detailed cleaning
- Must be able to work in an environment that has suffered water damage.
- Requires a valid driver's license but not required to drive business vehicles.
- Required to have a minimum of a GED

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

- High school or equivalent (required)

- Restoration: 1 year (preferred)
- Construction: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
- IICRC Certification (preferred)
