**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Roadmap Creation**: Develop and maintain product roadmaps for enterprise risk technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- **Risk Management**: Utilize functional expertise in Risk Management to support and enhance risk technology solutions.
- **Business Analysis**: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify and document requirements, business flows, and lessons learned.
- **Agile Scrum Expertise**: Coordinate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Demos, and Story Grooming.
- **Requirement Analysis**: Analyze and document requirements, creating Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- **Project Coordination**: Gather and update project materials, project documentation, and facilitate quality communication among developers and stakeholders.
- **Sprint Backlog Management**: Manage Sprint Backlog items and tasks, ensuring timely completion and prioritization.
- **System Documentation**: Collaborate with business partners and cross-functional teams to support system documentation.
- **System Analysis**: Perform system analysis and organizational review of existing QA processes.
- **Defect Management**: Prioritize outstanding defects and system problems, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met.
- **Training Facilitation**: Facilitate the implementation of new functionality through training sessions and the creation of training manuals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in product roadmap creation within enterprise risk technology solutions.
- Strong functional expertise in Risk Management.
- Extensive experience in business analysis and requirement analysis.
- Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between developers and stakeholders.
- Strong documentation skills, with experience in creating BRD, FRD, and use cases.
- Ability to manage and prioritize Sprint Backlog items and tasks.
- Experience in system analysis and QA process review.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies and knowledge of JIRA.

Pay: $102,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
