Full-time maintenance position with great benefits. Experience working with basic hand tools, cleaning tools and small machinery. Must have an active driver's license. Ability to lift and carry boxes 30+ pounds. Conscientious, organized, thorough and detail oriented with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Effectively communicate in English and follow basic written instructions. Minimum two years experience in facility maintenance, lawn & garden or custodial work required.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
