Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the dining and kitchen area. Bussers are responsible for bussing tables in a timely and professional manner by removing all dirty dishes, utensils, and trash from the tables and wiping and cleaning the table, chairs, and floor areas.

Primary Job Duties
- Responsible for washing/sanitizing dishes, glassware, flatware, cooking pots/utensils and related food service-related equipment
- Cleans dining areas and equipment as necessary
- Quickly and efficiently clearing restaurant tables, refilling drinks, restocking silverware, and glassware engaging guests in light conversation when appropriate
- Clearing and sanitizing tables and chairs efficiently and carrying large loads of dishes, silverware, and glassware to kitchen for washing
- Upkeeping restroom including - sanitizing restroom on an hourly basis, restocking soap, toilet paper and paper towels
- Visually inspects all items to ensure cleanliness
- Stocks supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars as necessary
- Sorts and removes trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
- Empties and cleans trashcans as necessary
- Follows all standard food handling sanitation and health department guidelines
- Must wear non-slip, oil resistant shoes
- Follows all safety policies and procedures
- Adheres to OSHA laws requiring the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when performing work duties that have the potential risk to your health or safety
- Supporting other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work, and equipment maintenance
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Shift:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
