**Summary**:
The Learning Spec Svcng Devlp will serve as a contributing team member of the Servicing Learning and Programs team under the Servicing Development Department. The department is responsible for fostering a culture which thrives on doing the right thing for our customers, colleagues, and Servicing business units through creating and implementing effective learning solutions.

**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities include**:

- Facilitate Servicing operations new hire and continuous education training across multiple departments
- Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders and develop effective strategies, delivery methods, training materials, and curriculum that drives an exceptional customer experience
- Connect key learning to the business priorities and desired outcome
- Deliver ILT (Instructor Led Training) using a variety of learning methodologies, media, and material
- Evaluate training effectiveness and reporting outcomes to stakeholders
- Demonstrate analytical thinking, strategic problem solving, and proactive decision making in determining appropriate learning solutions for internal customers and stakeholders
- Play a role in facilitating and participating in internal meetings to effectively plan and execute on Servicing programs and training initiatives
- Build effective working relationships with organization people leaders and team members
- Intermediate knowledge of training processes, such as adult learning theories and instructional design principles
- Ability to coach, mentor, and provide effective feedback regarding performance to trainees
- Ability to work effectively within a geographically disbursed team
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of time to multiple Servicing sites as needed
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:

- Provides guidance and leadership to employees for daily activities and assigned projects or tasks
- Participates in performance evaluation or personnel performance
- May have project management responsibilities

**Qualifications**:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

**Education and/or Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University; or three (3) to five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in training processes such as adult learning theories, training needs assessing, and instructional design theories

**Type of skill and or Licensing/Certification/Registration**:
This position does not require professional licensing, certification or registration.

**Language Skills**:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

**Mathematical Skills**:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.

**Reasoning Ability**:
