**Job Summary**:
As the Controller at Bomnin Automotive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing financial operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and the achievement of organizational goals. This role requires proficiency in both English and Spanish and involves close collaboration with senior management. The Controller reports directly to the CFO and CEO and is responsible for maintaining financial controls, preparing accurate financial statements, providing strategic financial guidance, overseeing a centralized accounting department, coordinating month-end closings for multiple companies, and adapting to a highly technological-oriented dealership environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- **Financial Analysis**: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the budgeting process and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to financial plans.
- **Tax Compliance**: Oversee tax planning, compliance, and reporting activities, collaborating with external tax advisors as needed.
- **Centralized Accounting Department**: Establish and oversee a centralized accounting department responsible for managing financial operations across multiple companies.
- **Month-End Closing**: Coordinate and execute the month-end closing process for multiple companies, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. This may require extended hours during month-end periods.
- **Attendance Requirements**: Maintain regular and punctual attendance at month-end closings and other critical financial activities.
- **Internal Controls**: Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
- **Audit Support**: Coordinate and facilitate external audits, addressing auditor inquiries and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to optimize financial resources.
- **Technological Orientation**: Adapt and thrive in a highly technological-oriented environment, staying current with industry software and tools.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required for effective communication with team members.
