- BBA Degree in Accounting / CPA
- 5+ years in a Big 4/ MBA beneficial
- 10 to 15 years of accounting experience
- Energy industry or related experience a distinct plus
- Expert knowledge of SAP and other ERPs (MBC)
- Strong motivational, interpersonal sand management skills
- Strong written, oral, and analytical skills

**Leadership**
- Lead team excellence through programs designed around people and processes
- Be the reference for technical accounting topics across the US
- Accounting Mastery: Provide technical accounting support to TotalEnergies Holdings USA, Inc. (TEHUSA) and affiliates. Prepare technical accounting memos when needed to support accounting treatment under IFRS.
- Next level of integration : Continuously work to build a centralized accounting team that functions as a true country service organization. Where pertinent, this will entail integrating P2P and R2R processes for GRP/REN and New Businesses

**Operational Excellence**
- Implement best-in class finance/ accounting processes resulting in timely and accurate delivery of financial information
- Responsible for consolidated quarterly reporting and the preparation of annual audited consolidated financial statements
- Preparation of CAP reports for holdings entities as well as TEPRI, Retia USA, LSS and LSS Funding companies’ financial activities
- Collaborate with TFGS (SSC) in a spirit of partnership driving continuous improvement in operations.
- Next level of outsourcing : continuously work to move low level tasks to the shared service centre in Manilla (SSC)
- Lead liaison to the external audit team for the management and coordination of the quarterly financial audit. This includes resolution of problems as they arise and continuous development of the Company’s “best practice” procedures.

**Business Partnering**
- Inspire collaboration with branches and affiliates by establishing recurring communication and focusing on problem solving.
- Foster dialog with key stakeholders including but not limited to DF/Conso, Branch CAOs, TFGS
- Responsible for the tax holdings oversights, including comprehension of the complex tax transactions, coordination with the tax team and reporting to US Top Management
- Complete Ad Hoc requests / projects and supervise and lead a team of at least 2 direct reports
- Ensure company is current on required governmental reporting
