**Your role at Baxter**

We are seeking a Coordinator

Thisiswhere your legal expertise meets business needs

**What you’ll be doing**
- Day-to-day administration and/or management of several systems and processes, such as policy management, Conflict of Interest, third party management, interaction with healthcare providers, and audit management.
- Support Baxter employees with policy-related requirements, such as cross-border approvals and the conflict of interest disclosures.
- Independently manage and/or support a wide spectrum of projects related to the maintenance, improvement or strategic development the global E&C Operations program.
- Manage E&C’s intranet, SharePoint and Teams sites.
- Coordinate the E&C global communication program by working with Corporate Communications.
- Work with the E&C data monitoring and analytics team to assist with system enhancements and maintenance.
- Organize and coordinate E&C team meetings and other such initiatives.

**What you’ll bring**
- BS or BA strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to resolve issues, make independent decisions and achieve goals
- Experience with compliance project management and other compliance operations tools and technologies
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees
- Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and knowledge of basic compliance concepts
- Ability to work independently on a variety of tasks and drive projects to conclusion with mínimal supervision
- Life science compliance, or similar industry, experience preferred
- Good organizational, coordination, and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of basic Office Application (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
