Construction Worker

**Skilled Construction Worker**

**Responsibilities includes but not limited to**:

- Assists and performs tasks in construction, installation, maintenance and repairs
- Complete projects including, interior renovations ( framing, sheetrocking, plastering, flooring ), plumbing, electrical, tiling, carpentry, and locksmith
- Assists in moving furniture and deliveries in an efficient and timely manner
- Assists and performs installation and maintenance of furniture, fences, cabinets, shelving, marker boards/chalkboards and a variety of other structures and items
- Prepare and paint walls and woodwork, perform all other types of finish
- Maintain cleanliness throughout facilities and follow all health and safety regulations.
- Review work orders before heading to work site to ensure all materials and tools are available
- Demonstrate safety and care of equipment and supplies to protect from damage and theft
- Valid Driver’s license required
- Understand and communicate in English - both in person and via phone/text message
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- OSHA 40 hours required

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Night shift

**Experience**:

- Construction: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
