**Position Overview**

As a Part 145 Turbine Engine Shop Technician, you will play a crucial role in the inspections, maintenance, repair, and testing of turbine engines. You will work in accordance with Part 145 regulations, ensuring that all work performed meets or exceeds industry and company standards. This role involves a combination of complex operations and duties in a Heavy Turbine Engine maintenance environment, adherence to strict safety protocols, and collaboration with a team of experienced professionals. If you are passionate about aviation and have the skills and experience to excel in this field, we would love to have you on board.

**What you will do**
- Perform Turbine Engine disassembly/assembly duties on supported turbine engine models.
- Perform cleaning of engine parts and components.
- Perform visual checks to assess part condition for continued use where applicable.
- Inspection of engine parts, refurbishment, troubleshooting, repairs and return to service of engines, modules, and components.
- Must Understand and demonstrate inspection techniques.
- Ability to manage tools and tooling to ensure serviceability before and after use and process appropriately when issues arise.
- Conduct technical modifications to products in accordance with specific customer specifications.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and issues.
- Stay current with Part 145 regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of aircraft maintenance activities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**What we are looking for Education/Experience**
- Minimum of High School Diploma required associate degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with inspection of engine parts refurbishment, troubleshooting, repairs and return to service of turbine engines, modules, and components.

**Preferred**
- Heavy hangar/FBO/field experience preferred.
- Prior PW300 and PW500 shop, and field experience preferred.
- Prior Gulfstream G200, Cessna Citation Sovereign, Cessna Citation Sovereign+, Cessna Citation Latitude engine maintenance experience a plus.
- Good Verbal and written communication skills along with Customer service skills preferred

**Required Certificates and Licenses**:

- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Valid Airframe & Powerplant License.

**Work authorization**:

- United States (required)

**Schedule**:

- 1st Shift: 8AM - 5PM (Monday through Friday)
- Overtime: Minimal Overtime, Based on Approval, and business needs.
- On-site attendance is required.
