**Introduction**

VCS Billing serves the multi-family/multi-unit property management sector for sub-metered electric, gas, and water systems for residential and commercial accounts.

We are centrally located in the Hemet / San Jacinto Valley.

Hours range approx. from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Mon-Fri.

**Responsibilities**

Facilitate all aspects of HR, including but not limited to:

- Support management with recruiting, hiring, and terminations
- Support management with coaching and counseling requirements and documentation
- Conduct orientation and training programs
- Monitor training compliance and schedule staff
- Assist management with compensation documentation and recommendations
- Conduct harassment and incident investigation
- Timesheet administration, corrections, and approvals
- Assist Payroll Admin with payroll duties
- Maintain and update job requirements and job descriptions
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements
- Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or relevant field, or minimum 4 years of equivalent work experience
- SHRM HR Certification preferred but not required
