Order Selector

As an Order Selector at Colloidal Gold Waters, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Order Selection: Accurately and efficiently pick customer orders based on order sheets, invoices, or digital devices within the warehouse.

Product Inspection: Examine products for defects, damages, or expiration dates to ensure only high-quality items are shipped to customers.

Packing and Labeling: Properly pack selected items into shipping containers, ensuring they are securely packaged and labeled correctly for shipping.

Inventory Management: Assist in keeping track of inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, and contributing to the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of equipment and personal protective gear.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations and on-time order fulfillment.

Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy in order selection to meet customer satisfaction and company standards.

**Qualifications**:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in a warehouse environment or order selection preferred.

Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects regularly.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

A commitment to safety and following established safety procedures.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management.

Knowledge of proper warehouse and inventory practices is a plus.

Pay: $21.89 - $23.75 per hour
