**POSITION**:Tutor Advocate (PT) (Per Diem Hourly)

**SITE/BUILDING**:East End of Long Island, NY

**ASSIGNMENT**:Elementary and Secondary content areas

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide instructional support and advocacy for Spanish-speaking children of migrant farm workers in school settings and/or virtually
- On-going communication with parents and staff
- Participate in regular staff meetings

**START DATE**:March 1, 2024

**SALARY**:$24.00 per hour
**Job Qualifications**
- **_NYS Teaching Assistant Certification _**or 60 college credits
- Spanish speaking
- Flexible Days and Hours
- Access to transportation; mileage is paid between assignments
- Demonstrate commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
