**Job Summary**:
As the International Student Enrollment Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our language school by attracting and enrolling students from international countries. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and enhancing the overall international student recruitment process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential target countries and regions for student recruitment.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and opportunities to develop informed enrollment strategies.
- **Sales Strategy Development**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to attract international students.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting international audiences.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international recruitment agencies, educational consultants, and other relevant partners.
- Establish connections with schools, universities, and organizations abroad to promote our language programs.
- **Lead Generation and Conversion**:
- Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, events, and partnerships.
- Effectively manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective international students.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and academic teams to streamline the enrollment process and enhance the overall student experience.
- Provide training and support to admissions staff to ensure they are well-equipped to handle international student inquiries.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate the success of enrollment strategies.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on international student enrollment progress and areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, international relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or related industries.
- Strong understanding of international student recruitment trends and challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
