**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines using dbt (Data Build Tool) to transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define data models, and implement data solutions that meet business needs.
- Work closely with data engineers to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
- Build and optimize data warehouses and data lakes on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) using Databricks.
- Develop interactive and visually appealing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI to enable stakeholders to analyze and interpret data effectively.
- Perform data analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for optimization.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in BI, data engineering, and analytics to continuously improve processes and tools.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Engineer, with a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling principles.
- Hands-on experience with dbt (Data Build Tool) for data transformation and modeling.
- Proficiency in using Databricks for big data processing and analytics.
- Advanced skills in Power BI for creating interactive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Solid understanding of SQL and database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redshift).
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and self-improvement.
