Director of Catering

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement catering strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
- Manage all catering operations including menu planning, food preparation, and delivery
- Coordinate with clients to understand their event needs and provide customized catering solutions
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold high standards of cleanliness
- Collaborate with other departments such as culinary, sales, and marketing to promote catering services

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in catering, restaurant management, or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and inventory control procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
- Familiarity with hotel catering operations
- Knowledge of food service management best practices
