Cool Body Sculpting Center is the first and only practice in the Tidewater area that specializes in the CoolSculpting procedure, and we’re looking to grow our professional team. We are a small family owned and ran business that has been very successful in the aesthetics field. We are currently the #1 provider of the new CoolSculpting Elite technology in Virginia CoolSculpting is currently the worlds leading procedure for non invasive fat reduction. We also recently added to our services with InModes Evolve and Evoke. These machines offer skin tightening, cellulite treatment, muscle toning, fat reduction and facial remodeling.

We currently have an opening for a full-time Front Desk Patient Coordinator. We spend a lot of time brainstorming ways to improve business and our social media platforms plus stay on top of the latest research and CoolSculpting techniques and would love for someone who has the same ideals and passion to join the team. In addition, this person MUST be high energy and very welcoming to our clients. Talking to people must come easy, as well as making sure they are comfortable and excited. All of this must also be portrayed over the phone as well. We strive to provide a much different experience for our clients compared to other medspas so all the above is an absolute MUST. For this position, keeping a professional appearance every day is also required.

**Education and Experience**:

- Medical office, or Medical Aesthetics/Spa experience _preferred_
- Previous customer service experience is a _MUST_
- Proficient computer skills
- Sales experience _preferred_
- _Must be familiar with HP/ Microsoft computers and be able to efficiently use them._

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Must have a somewhat flexible schedule availability/available to work occasional varied shifts.
- Passionate about the aesthetics industry
- Excellent communication skills

- Must be able to handle constructive criticism

- Ability to learn new processes quickly
- Available to work in a fast-paced environment
- **Must be self motivated and willing to put in effort to help grow the company**

**Responsibilities;**
- Checking in clients, taking payments, taking client information, maintaining the spa's schedule
- **Assist with making creative Social Media posts to help promote business-Therefore mínimal Social media experience and creativeness is necessary for this position**:

- Maintain patient medical records
- Help Schedule consultations, treatments and follow-up appointments and keep patient records up to date
- Create ways to get a more active following from our clients on our social media pages
- **Cold calling and texting**:

- Maintain a professional appearance
- **Greet guests in professional, friendly manner and keep clients as comfortable as possible before, during and after their treatment.**:

- Actively recommend, promote, and sell our services to patients, as well as answering FAQ’s
- Continue to improve and brainstorm more efficient ways to conduct treatment
- Interact with patients, specialists, representatives, and other departments to collaborate, or resolve matters.
- Assist manager with tasks as needed
- Assist consultant and technician with appointments and associated paperwork as needed
- Daily opening and closing duties
- Weekly cleaning list

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Identify opportunities to grow client revenue and relations
- Social Media Marketing
- collaborate with team to create and share posts _daily_

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
