The Groom Room, a full-service premium pet groomer from the folks at River City Vet Hospital, is now open and booking in the Willow Lawn area and we’re looking for Richmond’s hardest working and most compassionate bathers We will ensure the highest standard of comfort and care for the dogs and cats of the River City, while offering unmatched safety, service, and results.

**Requirements**:

- must LOVE dogs - but must like people too
- thrives in a collaborative team environment
- maintains a positive vibe and is _not_ afraid of having a good time while working
- physically able to lift up-to 40 pounds routinely and safely
- a willingness to embrace training in animal handling and recognizing animal body language
- compassion and patience when working with animals that are old, disabled, or anxious
- schedule flexibility and a willingness to grow with us

Bathers will be paid a fair wage as a respected and critical part of our grooming team.
