Water/wastewater Operator

**Role Description**:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Milton, PA for a Water and Wastewater Treatment Operator. As a Water and Wastewater Treatment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining water and wastewater treatment equipment, monitoring water quality and flow rates, and adjusting treatment processes to meet quality standards. You will also interact with customers, conduct field tests, and work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient water and wastewater treatment processes.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a valid state driver's license
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, manuals, and blueprints
- Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records
- Ability to work effectively and collaborate with team members and customers
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment equipment is preferred
- You must meet state requirements to obtain and maintain a water operator certification

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Wastewater: 1 year (required)
- Water Treatment: 1 year (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Milton, PA: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: Multiple locations
