**POSITION**: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

**TIME / STATUS**: Full Time, 8:30am-4:30pm, no weekends or holidays.

**LOCATION**: Vacaville

**COMPENSATION**: $35-$45/hour.

**EXPERIENCE**: No adult day program experience required, will train

**OVERVIEW**:
Our primary mission at Kreative Community Services (KCS) is to offer adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) person-centered services and supports aiming to achieve the best quality of life possible. Our program is dedicated to enriching the lives of each individual through programming designed to realize their potential while recognizing their unique needs.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Master’s degree or equivalent qualification recognized by the BACB.- Valid BACB BCBA certification.- Valid BACB supervision clearances.- Minimum 1 year experience in the field of developmental disabilities.- Possess strong written and communication skills.- Desire to serve adults with disabilities.- Team player who works well and effectively communicates with others.- Comfortable utilizing various technology and software.- Ability to manage one's own time and the time of others.
- Willing to transport participants in personal vehicle (mileage paid).

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Operations_- Verify appropriate provision of behavior services to the participants participating in the program.-
- Provide behavioral support for behavior excesses that occur onsite and in the community.-
- Monitor program effectiveness related to individualized program plan implementation.-
- Collaborate with all necessary persons related to position and program participant’s teams.-
- Write reports and complete all required observations, assessments, etc. (e.g., ISP, BSP, AFLS).-
- Schedule, train and sign off on behavior related trainings/clearances for employees.-
- Monitor and update data collection software.-
- Complete all required documentation.- Oversight_- Ensure program plan documentation is occurring and is compliant with KCS policies.-
- Debrief all new behavior and special incidents with program management.-
- Track time related to specific participants and employees to ensure compliance of service requirements.-
- Complete monthly observations of employees and participants.-
- Document review of quality assurance requirements for position.- Supervision_- Oversee BACB supervision requirements (e.g., group supervision, supervision tracking, BACB recertifications).-
- Supervise and train RBT positions related to BACB certifications.-
- Monitor, provide feedback and meet with employees to discuss BCBA task related performance issues.-
- Supervise writing, review, updates, and monitoring of participant program plans.-
- Supervise and train employees in program plan implementation.- Training/Meetings_- Train employees and monitor program implementation and effectiveness related to individualized service plan (ISP) and behavior support plan (BSP) implementation.-
- Create and present information for BCBA related trainings.- Attend required meetings as scheduled.
