Appointment Generator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Appointment Generator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and set appointments for our service department. This position is crucial in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

**Duties**:

- Conduct calls to existing customers to schedule regular service
- Utilize training techniques to engage customers
- Collaborate with service department to ensure a smooth handover of scheduled appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service, or appointment setting is preferred
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and Microsoft Products
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a bonus

Pay: $14.00 per hour
