The Refrigeration -Kitchen Technician focuses on hot side/ware washing equipment in the various commercial kitchens at Universal Studios Hollywood. This includes but is not limited to operational aspects such as Preventive and Corrective Maintenance tasks, repairs and performing and/or overseeing new and replacement installations. The individual must be able to demonstrate capability to troubleshoot complex control circuits, electric cooking equipment, gas cooking equipment and the ability to use various test equipment to accomplish the job.
