Sealcoating Supervisor

Sealcoating/Snow Supervisor

Duties
- Supervise a team of groundskeepers, landscapers, and snow crews to ensure efficient and high-quality work

Plan and assign daily tasks to team members

Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members

Work with estimating/sales staff to adjust pricing as necessary

Provide training and guidance to team members as needed

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

Requirements
- Previous experience in sealcoating/snow maintenance or related field

Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively

Knowledge of snow maintenance practices

Familiarity with seal coating and snow care techniques and equipment

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects and operating equipment

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
