We are looking for 1 full-time Unit Clerk to join the team at Glendora. The Unit Clerk provides clerical support to licensed and non-licensed staff in the patient care units and provides support to the licensed and non-licensed staff with direct patient care.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Current BLS for healthcare provider card and current CPI certificate or within 30 days of entry into position
- Working in a psych hospital highly preferred
- A general understanding and knowledge base of the LPS act, paperwork, forms and court systems highly preferred.
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to perform clerical functions including use of computer and general office equipment.
- Ability to perform multiple clerical functions.
- Ability to assist with direct patient care as needed while prioritizing clerical duties.
- **Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for CHLB/Glendora Hospital roles, including but not limited to shift differential and other special pay practices, etc. The posted compensation for the position is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay that CHLB/Glendora Hospital in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.**_
Pay: $17.77 - $22.21 per hour
