Seven Hills Foundation is hiring Direct Care Workers, Residential Counselors & Residential Managers for all shifts. These Direct Support Professionals will:

- Be comfortable taking the initiative
- Make use of best practices & strategies for success for the benefit of all residents
- Engage & interact w/residents
- Facilitate outings & activities to help residents enjoy their favorite parts of life including:

- Enjoying the great outdoors
- Arts & Crafts
- _**GET PAID FOR ALL THIS & MORE**_
- **$19.00/HR**_

**Example of Full-time schedules available**:

- Tuesday 3p-11p, Wednesday 4p-8p, Thursday 4p-11p, Friday 3p-11p, Saturday 9a-5p
- Sunday 9am-11pm, Thursday 3pm-11pm, Friday 3pm-11pm, and Saturday 10am-6pm.

**Example of part-time schedules available**:

- Monday 9am-3pm, Wednesday 9am-3pm, Thursday 9am-1pm, Friday 9am-3pm.
- Sunday 9a-11p, Tuesday 4p-9p, Friday 4p-8p and Saturday 12p-11p

**Support Advocates** are provided a **paid 5-day New Employee Orientation** and receive training on **CPR/First Aid, Safety Care, Defensive Driving**, and **Medication Administration Program (MAP)**. They also receive program-specific training at the worksite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
