Position Description

LGCY Power is seeking an HOI Coordinator to work closely with our customers to support them through the HOI acquisition process. Success in this role looks like working collaboratively with internal and external departments to create a positive and streamlined experience for homeowners and sales reps on each project that requires HOI. This position is responsible for efficiently supporting and managing their queue effectively by providing excellent customer service. This role must be in DFW, Texas, Lehi, Utah or Orlando, Florida as in office days are required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as liaison between the homeowner and the insurance agent to ensure an updated HOI is acquired.
- Verify homeowners' insurance documents to ensure amounts and expiration dates meet utility requirements.
- Work closely with the utility team to keep insurance requirements current and relay pertinent information to the sales team.
- Support sales representatives during the HOI acquisition process to ensure payment is secured.
- Maintain professional relationships with insurance companies to ensure they are renewing policies as needed to meet utility standards.
- Track HOI data throughout the acquisition process to ensure completion within a timely manner to reduce overall project turn times.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including homeowners, utility team members, and sales personnel.
- Ensure all insurance documents are in compliance with company and utility regulations.
- All other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 1+ years of experience in the solar or insurance industry is required
- Experience using NetSuite as a CRM is a plus
- Ability to work in a detailed and fast paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
