Roofing Estimator

**Florida Elite Roofing,** is seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the Roofing industry by analyzing project requirements and providing accurate cost estimates. **Responsibilities**:

- Analyze measurements and write Xactimate estimates for claims.
- Collaborate with Sales reps and insurance carriers to gather necessary information for estimating purposes.
- Evaluate labor, material, and equipment costs to determine project pricing.
- Monitor status of insurance claims and update CRM.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to check status of claims.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in construction practices

**Qualifications**:

- Xactimate trained and qualified.
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of roofing estimating principles and techniques
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret estimates from carriers, specifications, and other technical documents
- Effective communication skills to present estimates to desk adjusters

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
