Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Engage directly with customers to provide information, resolve issues, and ensure a welcoming environment. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all paperwork and digital records are accurately filed and easy to retrieve.
- Handle unexpected challenges and customer inquiries with professionalism and patience. Ability to think quickly and provide solutions to customer needs.
- Ensure accuracy in all transactions, agreements, and customer interactions to maintain trust and efficiency in operations.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless operation and a high standard of customer service. Effective communication and cooperative skills are key.

Qualifications:

- **Customer Service Experience**: Prior experience in customer service roles, demonstrating ability to effectively interact with and support customers’ needs.
- **Computer Literacy**: Competence in using computer systems, including office software and specialized self-storage management software, to manage bookings, payments, and customer queries.
- **Strong Organizational Skills**: Ability to organize physical and digital files, manage inventory, and keep the workspace tidy, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- **Flexibility and Reliability**: Willingness to work various shifts, including Saturdays, and a proven track record of reliability in previous employment.
