**JOB DESCRIPTION**

You will be responsible for the performance and installation team management of new and retrofit commercial equipment installations. You will lead and work along with assigned installation teams in the performance of projects ensuring proper installation in all aspects of HVAC projects assigned to your team. Manage project and crew effectiveness while ensuring adherence to proper safety, quality, and professional installation practices.

**Essential Functions**
- Perform and lead installations of Commercial HVAC projects while meeting company and customers' goals in a professional, quality, and safe manner.
- Meet with field installation foreman and project sales managers to become familiar with project details.
- Gain knowledge and understanding of the scope and goals of assigned projects to be performed.
- Coordinate with the installation foreman the material and equipment needs during the course of projects to ensure scheduled and timely project progression.
- Practices and leads crews in performing quality workmanship. in accordance with company standards
- Ensures company property, vehicles, and tools are being used, maintained, and properly accounted for.
- Represents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and activities.
- Ensures the installation crew's vehicles are properly stocked with standard installation materials. When needed, completes material requisition forms to maintain vehicle inventory.
- Serves as a resource to the project sales staff on technical issues regarding products and installation standards.
- Performs similar/other duties as needed or assigned.
