What You'll Do

As a Lab Technician, you'll be part of our Scan Pac Manufacturing team located in Menomonee Falls, WI reporting to the Manager of Research & Development. You'll get to:

- Perform laboratory tests and experiments in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various laboratory techniques and instruments.
- Ensure compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) regulations.
- Conduct quality control checks on laboratory equipment and reagents.
- Maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities and results.
- Collaborate with research and development team to support ongoing projects.
- Assist in the development and optimization of laboratory methods and procedures.
- Participate in the validation of new analytical methods.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in the management of laboratory inventory and supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Associate degree or Bachelor of Science degree.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures.
- Experience working in a laboratory setting.
- Excellent mathematical skills for data analysis and interpretation.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs accurately.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player that builds and maintains strong relationships across all departments and levels of the organization.
- High level of integrity and commitment.
- Natural leader that takes the initiative to overcome obstacles.
- Strong decision making, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Preferable knowledge of manufacturing processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
