**Compensation**:
$119,500 at plan earnings

**Responsibilities**:

- Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
- Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
- Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
- Bespoke Client Representation: Deliver unparalleled, personalized service to our elite clientele, guiding both seasoned investors and first-time luxury buyers with expertise and discretion
- Elevated Portfolio Management: Showcase and manage an exquisite collection of luxury listings, ensuring each property is marketed with the utmost sophistication to highlight its unique prestige

**Qualifications**:

- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
- Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
- Licensing and Education: Hold a current real estate license, with a commitment to furthering your expertise through luxury market certifications and continuous learning
- Market Acumen: Exhibit a keen understanding of the luxury real estate sector, with a willingness to deepen your knowledge of market dynamics, client needs, and high-value property nuances
