Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to grow their career in a dynamic industry.

**Duties**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitors' offerings

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or account management
- Strong sales skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Familiarity with CRM software, for managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Technical sales experience is a plus

We offer competitive compensation, including a base salary plus uncapped commission. Additionally, we provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to support your success in this role.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
