Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development. Responsibilities: - Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment - Identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner - Perform repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, and repairing broken locks - Install and maintain various fixtures, including shelves, cabinets, and door hardware - Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed - Assist with the assembly of furniture or equipment - Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Requirements: - Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role - Solid knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods - Ability to use hand and power tools effectively - Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects - High school diploma or equivalent Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
