The Rudder, an iconic restaurant and bar since the 1950s, is seeking a full-time Dishwasher. Located in the Rocky Neck neighborhood of Gloucester, The Rudder has a decidedly neighborhood vibe that is warm and inviting. The restaurant also invites guests to visit us by boat and dine with us right on the water. Combining the fine food and attentive hospitality of Chef Barbara Lynch, The Rudder offers a rotating menu highlighting Gloucester’s local seafood and operates April-December each year (seasonal).

**Responsibilites/Qualifications**:

- A Dishwasher will wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Practice proper food handling procedures
