Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
2. Conduct experiments and analyses to investigate the properties, performance, and durability of materials under various operating conditions.

3. Synthesize and fabricate materials using advanced techniques such as chemical deposition, sol-gel processing, and electrochemical deposition.

4. Utilize various characterization techniques, including X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy, spectroscopy, and electrochemical methods, to analyze material structures and properties.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including chemists, engineers, and technicians, to develop and optimize fuel cell and battery systems.

7. Present research results at internal meetings, conferences, and industry events.

8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior researchers.

Qualifications:
1. Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field with a focus on fuel cells, batteries, or electrochemistry.

2. Minimum of 3 years of postdoctoral or industry experience in fuel cell and battery materials research.

3. Extensive knowledge of materials synthesis, characterization, and electrochemical techniques.

4. Hands-on experience with fuel cell and battery testing and evaluation methods.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.

7. Proven track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic research environment.

9. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
