**Homes for Independent Living** is looking for a **Supervisor** to join our team in Sheboygan. Our Supervisors provide direct care for long term clients and supervision for assigned caregivers within one of our residential group homes.

**What we need from you**:

- At least 18 years of age
- Valid WI Driver’s License with 3 years of clean driving history
- Two (2) years of experience providing care in a CBRF setting
- Demonstrated experience training and motivating staff
- Ability to complete a background check, TB test, and physical

- Assistance with client's daily living activities, transportation, cooking, and cleaning
- Assistance with personal and medical cares
- Empower the use of client coping skills and support healthy decisions
- Support functional social and community skills through recreational activities
- Performance management of employees
- Maintain communication with guardians/case workers/management
- Administrative tasks

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
