**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Invoice clients and contact them or insurance carriers to verify payments.
- Go through CRM to make sure all necessary photos and estimates are present.
- Keep a list of all the different pay rates of employees.
- Do two weekly bank runs to make deposits.
- Communicate with the sales team and office staff to make sure vendors, installers, and sales team are being paid properly.
- Work closely with our outside CPA to make sure payments are on par to get paid on time.
- Perform financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or related field.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accrual accounting principles.
- Experience with financial auditing processes.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of financial concepts and terminology.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Full-Time.
- Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
