As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing friendly and efficient service to our valued customers. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective customer interactions. Excellent time management and organizational skills will help you prioritize tasks and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Bilingual language skills are a plus as they can enhance customer interactions with diverse clientele.
