**Responsibilities Include**:

- Clear blue lights in assigned area/pick module.
- Monitor and arrange low batches to the front of the zones in assigned area.
- Promptly communicate any jams or flow issues in their respective area to leadership.
- Promptly communicate any lack of available work or excess staff in their respective area to leadership.
- Assists in Induction/tote prep (labeling, loading conveyor belt, etc).
- Pull totes off conveyor belt on 3rd floor or wherever assigned, when assigned.
- Picks low batches in zone.
- Collects and stray UFO/Damage items and brings them to appropriate receptacle.
- Other duties/tasks as assigned.

- Excellent communication and people skills with individuals and groups
- Attention to detail and ability to see the big picture/overall goals.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize based on training.
- High energy, enthusiastic, and proactive self-starter
- Good math skills
- Ability to read and write in English
