**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Support the scheduling, management, administration, facilitation, organization and execution of both unclassified and classified executive meetings and VTC’s between and among SSC, Air Force, Space Force, and DoD organizations in accordance with all appropriate security procedures
- Provide routine administrative tasks as necessary to ensure the proper function of the office including, but not limited to, answering phones, greeting visitors, arranging, and administratively preparing for meetings, both in person and virtually
- Other projects/administrative duties as directed by supervisor

**Skills Required**:

- Years of Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of combined industry and federal government experience (such as DoD/NASA/NRO employee or SETA/FFRDC supporting federal government acquisition)
- Experience with United States Air Force (USAF), United States Space Force (USSF), Assistance Secretary of the Air Force for Space Acquisition (SAF/SQ) and/or Space Systems Command (SSC) chain of command
- Experience interfacing, facilitating, and providing rapid response and effective troubleshooting to ensure meetings and VTC capabilities run efficiently without incident
- Experience interfacing and support Executive level officers and leadership
- Interest and ability to work in a dynamic work environment
- Must be able perform all duties independently
- Tools/System Experience Required:

- MS Teams
- Global Video Services (GVS)
- Ability to learn/utilize other tools as needed
- U.S. citizenship required
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required
- Education: Associate’s Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000
