Dental Front Desk and Billing/insurance

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Receptionist/Insurance/Billing agent to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area. This is a vital role in our organization as you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Register patients, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing accurate information about our services
- Process patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle patient requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Accept payments and maintain accounts in good order
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Proficient in using computer systems - DENTRIX REQUIRED
- Knowledge of dental office procedures, including coding, billing, collections, terminology, records management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
