**Position Summary**
**Priority tasks**
- Initial patient consultations
- Recording/charting patient visit notes and medical histories.
- Diagnosing Health issues
- Creating and following up on patient treatment plans
- Ordering and reviewing Lab work
- Identifying changes in patient health and modifying treatment plans as needed
- Performing clinical procedures to include injections as well as subcutaneous pellet implantations.
- Administering IV infusions and monitoring patients during treatment
- Prescribing and following up with medications and peptides
- Keeping up with portal communication with patients and staff
- Adapting to clinical changes in protocols or new services.
**Position Requirements and Qualifications**
- Graduate Degree from an accredited Nursing School
- Active License to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Indiana
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, required
- Strong organizational skills required
- 3+ years of clinical work experience (preferred)
- Strong interest in Integrative and Functional Medicine (preferred)
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to function well within a team
- Experience with EMR, Pubmed, and utilizing social media
- Willing to complete required 6 month training provided by employer
- This role will **not** be used in Aesthetic Medicine
Hours and Schedule
- Full-time salary of $100,000-115,000 depending upon experience
