**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses for monthly financial close.
- Oversee the financial close process for multiple entities within the company.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies found during the reconciliation process.
- Implement continuous improvements to enhance financial procedures and compliance.
- Ensure strict compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Coordinate with various departments to support business objectives and ensure seamless financial operations.
- Provide necessary support during audits.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance accompanied by at least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, or;
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance with foundational hands-on experience.
- Strong understanding of GAAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and robust computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
