We are seeking a dedicated general cleaner (custodian) to join our team in the Kalamazoo area This position is a cleaning position that consists of a 4 building route in the downtown area.

**Full time opening**:

- Monday-Friday 5pm-11:30pm (4 building route in downtown area)

**Pay Rate: $15**

**Responsibilities**:

- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Dusting
- Cleaning restrooms
- Removing trash
- As well as other cleaning tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- **Great attendance**:

- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check (no criminal history) and possible drug test.
- 18 years of age or older with valid ID
- Ability to work efficiently while upholding company’s quality standards
- Maintain effective communication with supervisors/managers and other team members
- Driving positions require a car to drive during your shift, a valid driver's license and insurance.
