Fryer Cleaner

We are seeking Fryer Oil Service Technicians to join our team (Full-time and Part-time) We provide a mobile on-site service for the micro-filtration of cooking oil, including the vacuum-based cleaning of deep fryers. You will follow a scheduled route to a variety of commercial kitchens (restaurants, hospitals, corporate cafeterias, colleges) to micro-filter kitchen cooking oil, clean inside fryer wells, haul waste vegetable oil (WVO) and provide other kitchen services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Competence in time management, account monitoring and repair/maintenance of the Micro Filtration Unit (MFU)
- Keep van clean, stocked, well-organized and order supplies as needed
- Perform required daily and weekly maintenance as well as routine preventative maintenance
- Follow the provided schedule each week and be timely for appointments
- Maintain service records for each customer and report any critical issues to management
- Clean up spills immediately and keep a clean work area
- Provide friendly, high-quality customer service
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while wearing required PPE gear
- Assure compliance with franchise standards/policies
- Conduct customer demonstrations of Filta service
- Report any changes in management, staff, fryer oil or frying habits back to the office

**Qualifications**:

- Pass drug and background screening
- Previous experience in machinery or other related fields a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills a plus
- A valid driver's license required
- 5 years driving history (with good driving history required)
- Reliable transportation to get to van pickup site
- Ability to handle physical workload, including night work, hot working conditions and ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- The ability to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to establish credibility and communicate effectively
- Ability to learn and to stay up to date on the latest service procedures

Must have a good driving record.
Late night shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
